1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how ORS ("we", "us", or "the Service") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our customer relationship management application. By using ORS, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: your name, email address, and the credentials you use to sign in.
Google account data: when you connect a Google account, we request access to your Gmail messages and profile through Google OAuth in order to triage email, draft outreach, and manage your pipeline. We only request the scopes needed to provide these features.
CRM content: contacts, messages, campaigns, rules, and pipeline data that you create or import into the Service.
Usage and log data: technical information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used to operate and secure the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to authenticate you, provide and improve the Service's features, synchronize and triage your email, manage your contacts and pipeline, respond to support requests, and keep the Service secure.
ORS's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with infrastructure providers that host the Service on our behalf, when required by law, or with your explicit consent. Google user data is never transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the Service, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may disconnect your Google account at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. You can also revoke ORS's access to your Google account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
