1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ORS (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
ORS is a customer relationship management application that helps you triage email, manage contacts, run outreach campaigns, and track your sales pipeline. The Service may integrate with third-party providers such as Google to access your email on your behalf.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Service.
4. Google Account Integration
When you connect a Google account, you authorize ORS to access the data covered by the scopes you approve, solely to provide the Service's features. Your use of Google services through ORS is also subject to Google's own terms and policies. You may revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by sending unsolicited bulk messages or spam, violating any applicable law or third-party rights, attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems, or interfering with its normal operation.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of the contacts, messages, and other content you provide to the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process that content in order to operate and provide the Service to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
